Interim Health and Safety Manager
Day Rate: £400 / day (Outside IR35)
Location: Weston-super-Mare
A well-established modular home manufacturer is looking for an Interim Health and Safety Manager to lead H&S across four factories, ensuring compliance and strengthening safety culture in a high-end, innovative manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing leadership and strategic direction for health and safety policies across multiple sites.
Conducting site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Promoting safety initiatives to foster a proactive safety culture among employees.
Collaborating with site teams, including engineers, tradespeople, and management, to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.What we're looking for:
Proven experience in health and safety leadership within manufacturing or construction environments.
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practices.
Good understanding of modular building or industrial manufacturing operations.
