My client is seeking an experienced Interim Health and Safety Manager with a background in Agriculture/Produce for a 3-month contract (day rate + expenses, outside IR35).
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Conduct audits and identify potential hazards.
* Develop and implement health & safety programs.
* Train staff and provide expert safety advice.
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
