Description
Lead, manage, and develop the Procurement function and team.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders for new menu launches
Drive strong relationships with suppliers - food, beverages and services.
Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company competitive.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures. This role requires an immediate start
Profile
A successful Interim Procurement role should have:
A track record within F&B procurement for a leisure of hospitality brand
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong communication skills
A passion for the food industry!
