Description
An Interim Global HR Director to:
- Coach and upskill a global HR team
- Lead on the global HR leadership, to enable efficiency
- Manage global people strategy and planning
- Lead on a variety of HR projects, including managing organisational change programs
- Be an escalation point for UK HR matters
- Create and develop global HR policies and employee forums
- Manage escalations for ER casework
- Lead global change programs as well as an cultural change
- Oversee the use of HR data

Profile
A Interim Global HR Director with:
- Previous Global NGO experience desirable
- Experience of line managing a global HR Team
- Experience of leading an organisation through change programs and an ever evolving changing culture
