Description:
Vivid's client, a London based Housing Association, are looking for an experienced, fully qualified Financial Accountant to join their team for a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.
Job Description
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Liaise with senior management to improve financial procedures
Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
Balance sheet reconciliations
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
