What will the Interim Finance Manager role involve?

Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting during the interim period
Supporting the development and review of financial strategies and forecasts
Managing stakeholders internally and externally to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives
Leading core financial projects to improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies
Assisting with year-end processes and annual reporting;
Overseeing and supporting an Accounts Assistant.
Suitable candidate for the Interim Finance Manager vacancy:

Proven experience operating in a finance leadership role within a similar industry or sector
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in financial reporting and control
Capable of managing multiple priorities with good stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Evidence of delivering initiatives that improve financial processes or reporting clarity
