A client of mine in the Southeast are looking for an Interim Finance Manager to provide additional capacity whilst a member of the team is reducing their hours due to illness.
The successful candidate will primarily support the Adult Social Care service, though there will be some crossover Children's Services. The authority has significant savings targets to hit, and support is required for the Better Care Fund.
The role will also involve management of a small team, with prior experience of management being ideal.
They're looking at an initial 6-month contract, and can offer c£600 p/d. Ideally they'd have a weekly office presence, though they are willing to negotiate on this for the right candidate.
