CY Executive Resourcing are working closely with a globally successful and fast paced Client who are looking to appoint an experienced, confident Finance Manager to play a pivotal role within the Senior Finance Team
Managing a multi skilled team, the new Finance Manager will have a commercial outlook and provide strong, effective leadership, robust group reporting and underpin the company’s continued success with strong financial controls.
Role will include:
* Produce monthly internal and Group Reports, providing commentary and variance analysis where required.
* Manage and positively lead the Finance Team to deliver on key objectives.
* Regularly review financial controls to ensure robust and accurate process.
* Lead contact for internal and external audit process.
* Management of AP and Banking function, including foreign exchange purchasing & exposure.
* Develop and enhance the reporting of financial and operational performance, including cost control.
* Preparation of VAT returns and Intrastat reports.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships across the company, providing insightful financial advise where required.
To be successful with the role you will be:
* Strong, commercial experience, ideally within the manufacturing, civil engineering or similar environment.
* Have a positive outlook and proactive approach.
* Be system savvy with great excel skills.
* Previous experience leading a team.
Role is based fully on-site with flexible hours available
