CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively engaged by an established Portchester, Hampshire based distribution business to support the recruitment of an Interim Finance Business Partner for a period of c6 months.
This business has an excellent market position and is seeking this role to review existing processes and work flows so as to set itself up for further growth.
What will the Interim Finance Business Partner role involve?
Review processes and work flows and suggest improvements and best practice. This will involve working closely with the Finance Director.
Support the business in establishing agreed work flows, writing process guidance notes and supporting the management and upskilling of the finance team.
Liaise extensively with senior stake holders within both finance and the wider business to understand the information they require, and keep them updated as the finance team evolves to provide this.
Suitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Business Partner vacancy:
In order to successfully deliver this role applicants will need to have a sound grasp of Management Accounts and FP&A and have ideally worked in medium or large businesses.
Candidates that have worked in change roles/environments will fit well into this position.
Excellent communication skills will be needed, as will be the ability to multitask and work to achieve goals in a complex environment.
