As an Interim Complaints Officer within the Repairs Team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complaints related to housing repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address concerns and improve service delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining tenant satisfaction and upholding our commitment to providing excellent housing services.
