Description

Coordinate administrative and operational activities across the Change Programme, ensuring the effective maintenance of trackers, action logs, project plans, and programme documentation to support successful delivery of change initiatives.
Prepare, produce, and distribute a range of documents, reports, correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials to facilitate informed decision-making and support programme objectives.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider People Directorate, providing proactive administrative and coordination support to meet departmental priorities and organisational requirements.
Manage shared team inboxes, responding to routine enquiries in a timely and professional manner, while appropriately escalating complex, sensitive, or high-priority matters to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and ensure all documentation is stored and managed in accordance with organisational policies, supporting effective governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business needs and priorities, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes, systems, and ways of working.Profile

A successful Change Co-Ordinator should have:

Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and accuracy, alongside a strong understanding of record management, compliance requirements, and the importance of maintaining robust audit trails.
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to leverage digital tools and systems to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and productivity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
Ability to commute to Manchester City Centre.Job Offer
