A company operating in the business services industry. Our client are a PE backed business services firm, looking for interim support during a busy period in their bids function.
Description
Oversee the end-to-end bid process to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for bid proposals.
Develop compelling and professional bid documents tailored to client needs.
Ensure compliance with client specifications and tender requirements.
Track and manage bid timelines, deliverables and deadlines effectively.
Conduct quality checks and reviews on proposal content before submission.
Maintain a library of proposal templates and relevant documentation for future use.
Analyse feedback from previous bids to improve processes and outcomes.Profile
A successful Interim Bid Manager should have:
5+ years experience in Bid Management and / or writing roles
Available at short notice to cover an interim contract
Exposure to public sector bids processes.
Experience in industries including professional services, Facilities Management, and healthcare services would be highly advantageous.
Strong written communication skills for creating engaging and professional proposals.
Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Job Offer
Daily rate equivalent of £55,000 - £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
