One of my Local Authority clients based in Scotland is looking for an Asbestos Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months initially (with a view to extend).
Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle managing architects and contractors.
Manage the full circle of the public portfolio (schools, museums, art galleries etc).
Oversee contractors, check reports and surveys, give recommendations and forward to architects.
You must have either P402 or P405 qualification for this role, however it isn't essential to be RICS or CIOB.
You would be working in the office for 2-3 day per week and working remotely for the rest of the week, however site visits are needed throughout the week as you can expect. The employer is open to either part time or full time for the right candidate.
