Interim Accounts Payable Administrator (strong chance will lead to Permanent role)
Full Time (Office Based)
Paying 25k (Hourly rate equivalent)

Our client is looking to recruit a Accounts Payable Administrator to support the Accounts Payable function work through a backlog of invoices/queries that have come to fruition through a period of change and growth. You will be responsible for ensuring day to day activities are completed in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Administrator:

Process high volume of supplier invoices
Deal with supplier queries
Reconcile the suppliers’ statement for payment
Ensure that all suppliers accounts are settled
Chasing suppliers to finalise details for invoicing purposes
Ad hoc support as and when required Key requirements for the Accounts Payable Administrator:

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
