Description:
We are currently working with a wonderful housing association to recruit for an Interim Accountant.
The role will suit someone with previous experience as an Accountant in a fast-paced environment and who has a hands-on approach.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to start work ASAP.
Day to Day duties:
· Analyse and prepare post accurate finance journals
· Provide ad hoc support
· Prepare account reconciliations and clearly present results to the finance team
· Work closely with the finance business partners
· Run year-end and other finance team deadlines
· Keep up to date with financial reporting
· Provide a quality audit file, monthly audit, and annual statutory accounts
Essential Criteria:
· Experience working setting up and maintaining partnerships
· Part Qualified (CCAB or equivalent) or above
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A track record of delivering high performance and outcomes
