We are a successful travel management company for the charity and academic communities and we are proud and passionate about what we do.
We are currently looking for an Integrations Developer to join our expanding IT and Development team. We prioritise IT development to ensure that our technological solutions promote the industry in efficiency, security, and user experience. Our ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Azure Cloud Full Stack Developer with experience in software development. Primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing robust and scalable data integrations within the Azure Cloud platform
* Designing and implementing tools to subscribe and publish to/from Azure Service Bus messaging entities, APIs, and SQL databases
* Deploying well-tested code that meets acceptance criteria within an Agile DevOps environment
* Adhering to SOLID coding practices and apply Test-Driven Development through unit and integration testing
* Performing integration of applications both on-premises, private and public cloud infrastructures
* Implementing observability and monitoring into solutions to ensure real-time visibility of system performance
* Collaborating effectively with the Data Team to design and implement reusable code
Job requirements
* Experienced software developer with a focus on Python and C#
* Proficiency in SQL, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Postman
* A strong grasp of Agile DevOps practices
* Capable of creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation
* Experience integrating applications both on-premises and cloud-based
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Experience with Azure Functions and developing Restful APIs
* Certification in Azure or related cloud technologies would be beneficial
