We now have an exciting, full-time opportunity for an Integration Support to continue our growth by working with a selection of our key partners to help them integrate with CV-Library in the best way possible.
Ideally, you will be comfortable reviewing XML feeds and will know the basics of how APIs work, along with exceptional communication & troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing 1st line technical support to Partners over the phone and via email.
* Monitoring integration logs to identify and resolve issues.
* Testing existing integrations are functioning as expected.
* Providing support to our Sales & Customer Service teams, teaching them how integrations work.
* Implementing XML job feed integrations.
* Co-ordinating & communicating with Partners. Escalating technical issues to the Integrations Engineer as necessary.
* Working proactively and collaboratively with the Integration Manager & Integration Engineer.
Requirements
* Demonstrable excellent coordination & organisation ability
* Experience working closely with a technical team
* Previous experience in providing technical support specifically for integrations would be an advantage
