Integration Lead/Manager - North East of England - to £85K + bonus + benefits - hybrid (3 days per week)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integration Lead to join the growing IT team of our client based in the North East of England. Integration is critical to their business, as it connects B2B and B2C demand channels with our distribution and supply chain network.
The role will form an integral part of the IT leadership team, taking primary responsibility for driving strategic direction across all aspects of technology integration including our core ERP system, supply chain, distribution and 3PL facilities, customer service, wholesale ordering channels, e-commerce, and retail systems globally. The ideal candidate will have experience of integration leadership with excellent technical knowledge of Mulesoft.
Skills required are:
Experience IT Management or a technical leadership role
Hands-on experience delivering major integration projects such as re-platforming or the integration part of new systems such as ERP or e-commerce
Certified in Mulesoft technology, plus Mulesoft Anypoint hands-on experience
Practical experience in delivering projects with Agile and Scrum
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A confident and pragmatic technology leader
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships across business functions, iincluding at senior management level
