Salary: £27k - £30k (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, Hybrid considered

The Client:

Our client is a well-established insurance company, specialising in home insurance for customers with complex coverage needs.

The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will focus on achieving sales targets through direct channels and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Drive and meet sales targets through direct channels.
Handle enquiries and manage outbound calls effectively.
Ensure all communications and processes comply with regulations.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Sales Consultant or in a similar role.
At least 2 years of insurance sales experience, ideally home insurance.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to convert opportunities.
Highly organised and multi-skilled.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
