Insurance Performance Manager - £43,000 - £45,000 Per Annum (DOE)

Toyota Insurance Services is currently seeking an Insurance Performance Manager covering Scotland and some of the North of England. The primary objective of the role is to develop Toyota / Lexus / Redline / insurance programmes via the retailer network. The role-holder will assume ultimate responsibility for the retention, new business and sales performance of their zone and the products distributed therein.

Responsibilities

* Forge strong business relationships across their designated network of Centres targeting key stakeholders within each entity such as Senior Management Teams / Sales Teams / Administration / Service / Parts and Bodyshop (where applicable).

* Identify under-performing Centres and provide bespoke development solutions in which to maximise their sales potential through training, consultancy, strategic performance reviews, target setting and on-going relationship management.

* Act as the primary point of contact for allocated Centres on all Toyota, Lexus and Redline Insurance queries.

* Build solid working relationships with representatives from the Toyota (GB), Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and Kinto field teams.

* Joining operational committees and project teams as required.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

* Previous motor vehicle insurance experience and preferably experience in dealing with motor OEM insurance schemes.

* Previous experience with Motor Trade sales processes and the promotion of ancillary add-on products

* Responsible, reliable, and accountable

* Ability to interrogate data, detect barriers to under performance and influence change.

* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of seniority – able to present with credibility and authority.

* Excellent interpersonal skills - effective at managing client and stakeholder relationships

* A self-motivated individual who enjoys working towards targets

* A strong team player, but equally good at taking initiative.

* Ability to plan and organise own time effectively.
