Are you an experienced insurance claims professional who knows how to navigate complex customer issues, investigate complaints and deliver fair outcomes?

We're looking for a Customer Relations Advisor to join a busy Customer Service team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fast-paced, case-focused role where you'll take ownership of escalated complaints and sensitive customer issues, working through to resolution while ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

Own customer complaints and escalated insurance claims cases from start to finish.
Investigate complex issues, gathering information from customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Resolve sensitive and high-risk cases, often preventing escalation through effective communication and problem solving.
Assess information, make informed decisions and deliver fair customer outcomes.
Communicate confidently with customers via phone, email and web chat.
Ensure all cases are handled in line with FCA and company requirements.
Meet service, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain accurate records and case documentation throughout the customer journey.What We're Looking For

Previous insurance claims handling experience is essential.
Experience managing customer complaints, escalations or complex casework.
Strong investigation and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with confidence and empathy.
Experience working within a regulated environment.
