The role of Insurance Broker

Our client is one of Oxfordshire’s most successful insurance brokers.
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Insurance Broker specialising in both Commercial and Personal Lines.
You will be responsible for looking after all aspects of an existing book of clients and to grow accounts while following company compliance processes, looking to cross sell other services / products where possible.
The position would suit a '2nd or 3rd Jobber' looking to progress their career within a “grown up “ environment.
The candidate for Insurance Broker
Minimum 24 months insurance sales experience.
Preferably at least Cert CII part qualified
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work as part of a team
