We are now seeking a skilled Instructor Demonstrator in Motor Vehicle to join the team at our Deeside campus. This is an exciting opportunity to work in modern automotive workshops, equipped with industry‑standard tools and technology, while helping learners develop the practical skills needed for success in the motor vehicle sector.

About the Role

As an Instructor Demonstrator in Motor Vehicle, you will:

• Deliver hands‑on practical sessions across motor vehicle maintenance and repair
• Support learners in developing essential workshop skills and safe working practices
• Plan and prepare practical activities alongside the course delivery team
• Maintain high standards within the workshop, ensuring equipment and tools are used safely and effectively
• Complete key administrative tasks including learner records, progress tracking, and assessments
•Contribute to a positive, professional learning environment that reflects industry expectations
• Uphold college policies relating to Health & Safety, Equality, and Quality

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant Motor Vehicle discipline
• Strong experience in motor vehicle maintenance and repair
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry developments and willingness to continue professional learning
• Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems
• Ability to deliver clear, engaging practical demonstrations
• Understanding of quality standards within teaching and training
• Welsh language skills are desirable, with support available for colleagues wishing to develop their Welsh
