About the Client
KBB Recruitment are representing a well-established company within the kitchen industry, specialising in contract kitchen installations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team delivering installation projects across the South West, working closely with contractors, developers and site teams.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an
Area Installations Manager
to oversee contract kitchen installations across multiple sites throughout the South West.
You don't need to be an Area Installations Manager already!
We are keen to hear from people currently working for a housing developer who are looking to take the next step in their career, as well as Surveyors with experience working on site.
If you have a good understanding of site operations, experience within the residential or construction industry, and are ready for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The right attitude and relevant site experience are key, as
the rest can be trained!
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate contract kitchen installation projects across multiple sites throughout the South West.
Oversee installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule.
Liaise with site managers, contractors, developers and clients.
Monitor installation quality and ensure work meets the required standards.
Manage project progress, resolve issues and minimise delays.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed across all sites.
Carry out regular site visits and provide progress updates.
Manage snagging, remedial works and the successful handover of projects.
Requirements / Skills
Experience working on site within the construction or residential housing sector.
Suitable backgrounds could include Area Installations Manager, Surveyor, Assistant Site Manager or working for a housing developer.
A desire to progress your career and take on a new challenge.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with key stakeholders.
A good understanding of site procedures and health and safety.
A valid CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South West.
Don't have direct installations management experience? Don't let that put you off!
