Description:

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic company who are based in the Burnley area. They are looking to recruit a Installation Coordinator on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have done a similar role previously and must have strong and accurate administration skills. See below their duties and responsibilities.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

* Plan, coordinate, and execute installation projects, collaborating with the Sales, and the Customer Liaison Manager to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Develop comprehensive installation plans, including task assignments, resource allocation, and project timelines, while adhering to budgetary constraints.

* Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all team members and clients during installations.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the installation process, liaising with external contractors as needed.

* Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing enquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

* Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials needed for installations and actively review existing relationships to find the best value for money.

* Document and maintain accurate records of installation processes, configurations, and any modifications made during the installation.

* Ensure post-installation assessments to evaluate the functionality and performance whilst addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key results/objectives:

* To ensure the processes and procedures are in place to facilitate smooth project delivery.

* To liaise with external contractors and build strong relationships with suppliers.

* Maintain accurate detailed records of installation to ensure ISO status is withheld.

Salary / Working Hours:

* Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm ( 37.5 hours a week )

* £26 – 28k per annum dependent upon experience

* Office Based

* 30 days holiday ( Inclusive of bank holidays )
