Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer or Installation Supervisor looking to lead a skilled team and progress into senior management within a rapidly growing commercial HVAC business?

This company specialise in air conditioning installation and servicing across Greater London, working on a wide range of commercial projects. With a growing workload and a strong focus on quality, they are looking for an experienced engineer to take ownership of their installation team.

On offer is the chance to become a key part of the business as it continues to expand. You'll supervise engineers across commercial projects, coordinate installations and work closely with clients and senior management.

This role would suit an Installation Supervisor, Senior Air Conditioning Engineer or Lead Engineer with commercial HVAC experience, looking to lead a team and build a long-term career within a growing business.

The Role:

Supervising and supporting a team of Air Conditioning Engineers
Coordinating installation projects across commercial sites
Organising engineers, schedules and project timelines
Overseeing Daikin and Mitsubishi air conditioning installations
Liaising with clients, engineers and senior management
Travelling to sites across Greater London in a company van

The Person:

Strong commercial HVAC / air conditioning background
F-Gas qualification
Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi or similar systems
Full UK driving licence
