Installation & Service Engineer
£48,000 - £52,000 per annum | Midlands Based | Permanent
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Installation & Service Engineer on behalf of our client, a leading specialist in industrial door solutions.
This is a field-based role covering the Midlands and surrounding areas, with occasional nationwide travel and nights away. We are looking for a skilled engineer with both Mechanical and Electrical experience who can confidently carry out installation, servicing, maintenance and repair work on industrial equipment.
Duties Include:
Installation and commissioning of industrial equipment
Servicing, maintenance and repair work at customer sites
Fault finding and troubleshooting on Mechanical and Electrical systems
Completing service reports and documentation
Providing a high level of customer service
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 12 months' experience in a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering role
Experience installing, servicing or repairing industrial machinery
Strong fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications:
CSCS Card
IPAF Licence
FLT LicenceExpired CSCS, IPAF or FLT certificates will still be considered.
