Are you a detail-oriented, organised individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in a scheduling or coordinating role? We're seeking an Installation & Service Coordinator to manage the customer installation and service processes.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate installation schedules with clients and technicians.
Oversee service requests and dispatch technicians efficiently.
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction in every project.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Manage the delivery paperwork, ensuring stock is available for all planned installations
Liaise with customers throughout the process to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in coordinating installations or services is an advantage.
Familiarity with garage door systems is advantageous.
