We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our client’s technical team to carry out reviews on installation reports from their customer’s sites. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that the installation reports are accurate, thorough, and meet company standards. Your responsibilities will include recording reports and responses in our in-house CRM system, communicating with customers to clarify information, and adhering to our established workflow. You will also be expected to meet deadlines, liaise with external parties, and provide feedback during weekly technical services team meetings.
Your Role Will Include:
* Reviewing installation reports and offering feedback based on company guidelines.
* Accurately recording reports and responses into the CRM system.
* Communicating with customers to clarify questions and gather additional details.
* Following our standardised processes
* Coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
* Participating in weekly technical services team meetings
* Covering telephones as needed on a flexible basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Prior experience in a role that involved reviewing documentation or reports and providing constructive feedback.
* Excellent customer Service Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, methodical approach to tasks, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, great interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail.
* A team player but who can work both independently and collaboratively.
