Join Our Global Project Centre as an Installation Methods Senior Engineer! We are seeking a dynamic individual to be an integral part of our Installation Methods Engineering Department in London. If you're passionate about subsea structures, mooring systems, and flexible flowlines, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
As an Installation Methods Senior Engineer, you will:
Lead a team of skilled engineers and a dedicated package.
Manage external interfaces (clients, suppliers) and internal collaboration (other disciplines installation, manufacturing, purchase).
Prepare documents and preliminary studies for tenders, FEEDs, and projects.
Autonomously supervise engineering activities related to the preparation and offshore installation of products.
Plan, prepare, and confirm specific procedures and associated calculation notes.
Actively participate in vessel mobilization and installation phases, ensuring adherence to HSEQ rules.
Ensure activities are in compliance with Project standards (Quality, Cost, Time).
Serve as the technical owner, making choices on contractors and supervising subcontracted studies.
Validate concepts and plan changes, accounting for HSEQ criteria.
Propose improvements while adhering to HSEQ standards.
Actively contribute to team development and progression.
Offer innovative solutions to reduce costs.
Capability Profile:
Requirements:
Master of Engineering degree with relevant work experience in the energy sector.
Experience in Subsea Structures Installation and/or Flexible Flowlines/Umbilicals.
Desirable experience in Mooring Installation and other relevant areas.
Proven experience in Offshore Operations.
Key assets: Autonomy, coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English
