Installation Manager
We are seeking an additional Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation of alarm, access control, fire, and CCTV security systems.
This newly established role is an excellent opportunity for a Fire and Security Engineer with strong technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills to transition into a managerial position. Alternatively, it suits someone with experience in a similar role within a fire and security company.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate the installation of alarm, access control, fire, and CCTV security systems.
* Plan and allocate internal resources and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
* Define project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Ensure availability and allocation of resources, including personnel and materials.
* Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
* Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
* Measure and review project performance to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
* Report and escalate issues to the Operations Director as necessary.
* Maintain financial control of each project, developing processes to monitor spend against quotes.
* Control job margin performance to achieve financial targets.
* Report on overall margin performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
* Explain overspend and margin variances.
* Contribute to the budget and forecast process.
* Improve processes for reporting and monitoring work in progress.
