Position: Installation Fitter

Salary: Up to £28,121.60

Location: Sandy

Hours: Sun - Thurs: Evenings into the night (8 hours a day)

Proactive are currently working with a client who are a world leader manufacturing company in their field.

The client are currently seeking an experienced Installation Fitter to work in a small and busy team. You will be required to perform various tasks in different sites around the UK. This role requires a high level of manual dexterity as the main activity involves detailed assembly work.

You will be responsible for:

Support the refrigeration case installations ensuring a level of customer and company quality are met.
Maintain contact with all disciplines from delivery to site PC and handover.
Identify and take necessary actions needed to close out projects 100% snag free.
Co-ordinate and support site teams, certifications, and approval.
Capture and overcome customer and site-specific requirements.
Will be required to travel all over the UK.
Fully knowledgeable on current Health and Safety practices and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

Experience in refrigeration installation would be desirable although not essential.
Ideally the candidate will have a CSCS card, but this is not essential.
Strong knowledge of current Health & Safety practices and regulations. IOSHH qualification would be an advantage.
The ability to work from drawings
Good problem-solving skills.
Good eye for detail.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication skills as candidate
