Installation Coordinator
Chase Taylor are working on behalf of a well-established home improvement company in Telford, who are looking to recruit an experienced Installation Coordinator to join their team.
Fenestration experience is an essential requirement for this role. Candidates must have previous experience within the window, door or wider fenestration industry, along with a strong understanding of the products and installation process.
The Role
As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating installation and service activities, managing engineer and surveyor diaries, and ensuring customer visits are scheduled efficiently.
You will work closely with customers, engineers, surveyors and internal teams to ensure appointments run smoothly and any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinating and booking service engineers and surveyors.

Managing engineer and surveyor diaries and scheduling customer visits.
*
Liaising directly with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates.
*
Dealing with customer queries, issues and changes to appointments.
*
Resolving problems where possible and providing customers with reassurance and clear information.
*
Working closely with engineers, surveyors and internal departments to ensure visits are completed efficiently.
*
Keeping customers informed throughout the installation and service process.
*
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Essential Experience
*
Previous experience within the fenestration, window, door or home improvement industry.
*
Good knowledge of window and door products and the installation process.
*
Experience coordinating engineers, installers, surveyors or customer appointments.
*
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple diaries and priorities.
*
Confident problem-solving skills with a professional and reassuring approach.
*
Good IT skills and confidence using computerised systems.
