Installation Co-Ordinator | Knowsley, Liverpool | Full Time | 18-Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover | £29,000 per annum

The Role
We are looking for an Installation Co-Ordinator to join the team at Blok N Mesh on an 18-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will assist the Installation team with booking work on to site and liaising with the field team and sub-contractors to ensure all orders are carried out on time. The role will also include general administrative duties for the department and liaising with others across the business.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Contracts Manager in coordinating all works to ensure successful completion
Arrange plant and material deliveries
Select in-house and subcontract labour to perform works
Liaise with other departments including transport, compliance, sales and admin
Book works in with sites and act as a point of contact for the duration of works
Ensure all relevant information is collated and submitted on time
Carry out general administrative duties
Requirements

Experience within construction, engineering, property or related industries
