We're recruiting an outstanding Insolvency Practitioner to join a Manchester-based Insolvency Practice who are growing rapidly in the region. The Opportunity for the Insolvency Practitioner:
As an Insolvency Practitioner with our client, you will have the unique chance to work closely with a renowned Insolvency Practitioner Director in their rapidly growing Manchester office. What the Insolvency Practitioner will be involved in:

Represent our progressive firm and engage with key clients to achieve effective and timely resolutions to insolvency matters, fostering strong client relationships through regular communication and personalised service.
Oversee and manage the entire insolvency process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, handling a high volume of cases with precision and diligence.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insolvency professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Provide expert advice on insolvency matters to clients, guiding them through complex procedures and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and assessments of distressed businesses to determine the best course of action.
Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders, including creditors, courts, and regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement restructuring plans, including company voluntary arrangements (CVAs) and administrations.
Liaise with legal professionals, accountants, and other advisors to coordinate efforts and ensure cohesive strategies.
Manage asset valuations, disposals, and realisations to maximise returns for creditors.
Oversee creditor meetings and negotiations, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions to promote our services and establish industry connections.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our services remain current and competitive.  
To be successful as the Insolvency Practitioner you will need the following:

Proven ability to generate a minimum of £500,000 in annual billings.
Qualified Insolvency Practitioner or finalist (1-2 exams remaining), holding relevant professional certifications and memberships in industry bodies.
Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex cases successfully.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and exploit business opportunities within the insolvency framework.
Substantial experience in taking business or company appointments, handling the full spectrum of insolvency processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.  
The package on offer for the Insolvency Practitioner includes:

Competitive salary range from £75,000 to £130,000
