Description:

Our client, a globally operating consulting business, is recruiting an Insights Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be tasked with supporting the implementation of a new Survey Platform and support the development of reporting processes for the Customer Service Operation.

Responsibilities/Tasks include:

Manage day to day operations of Qualtrics XM platform surveys and feedback
Responsibility for scripting questionnaires including skip logic dashboard development and data collection
Create and develop research materials to aid with the successful delivery of internal projects; questionnaire design, fieldwork management, analysis and report writing
Liaising with internal teams to ensure that the teams research plans are set up appropriately and reflect broader organisational aims
CS/Customer Experience data analysis on regular basis so previous market research or insight experience from a quantitative background would be an advantage
Understand and track progress of project targets and monitoring progress month to month
Design, configure and deliver the appropriate solution to meet customer's requirements
Support to resolve any project related issues
Managing project scheduleSkills / Experience required:

Data interpretation and storytelling leveraging analytics on the Qualtrics platform
Managing and distributing regular reports (monthly project progress, weekly status, etc.. ) and ad-hoc reports
Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements from customers and implement new feedback touchpoints based on team requirements
Design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
Monitoring and management of survey dashboard including customer information
Provide 1st line of support for customer service requests, creating tickets for 2nd line support if required.
Support implementation of Survey platform
Provide user training for Survey dashboardIdeally you will possess experience with one or more SaaS survey platform experience technology (Qualtrics or Medallia experience is highly preferable) as well as experience of customer data / statistical analysis and support.
