Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Letchworth Head Office
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday to Friday 8am -5pm
 
About the Role:
 
My client (Manufacturing company) is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Support professional to join their established team at their Letchworth head office. In this role, you will be an integral part of our customer service and sales operations, responsible for:
 
Preparing Sales Quotations: Accurately create and provide quotes for clients.
Processing Purchase Orders: Manage and process client orders efficiently.
Providing Technical Information: Offer detailed product information and support.
Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and occasionally in-person.
Data Management: Utilise internal data processing systems, create and manage spreadsheets, and maintain online files.
Department Networking: Work closely with other departments to ensure client requirements are met.
Sales Support: Assist with sales activities and customer inquiries.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on sales quotations.
Process client purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
Provide accurate technical information to clients.
Maintain and update client records using internal systems.
Create and manage spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
Coordinate with various departments to meet client needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.  
Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in a related field.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working with internal data processing systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
