Base to £25,000, realistic OTE £40,000 uncapped, all team members hit OTE (top performers earning £50k+)

You will make sales every day….

This is realistic, it is warm leads (not cold calling), come in and meet us, speak to us, meet the team, find out how they all love earning and spending it.

If you can sell then imagine yourself earning and spending the same.

Rural villages have old, slow copper broadband – they struggle to do the things that residents in larger towns and cities take for granted, think watching Netflix or gaming without it buffering….

We solve the problem by building a fibre to the home (FTTH) network. We then market the service to the residents who contact us and register their details as they want to find out more. As an Inside Sales Executive you will call them back and explain how we can solve their problems and likely save them money.

As a sales role there are targets and you will be receiving and making numerous calls each day but if you are money motivated, believe in rewards for good performance then there is uncapped commission to be made. We mentioned a realistic OTE of £40k, many in the team are earning much more.

Note: This is an office bases role. As we need to speak to customers outside of normal hours on occasions, this role would require a late shift - 11.00am to 7.30pm once or twice a week, with a Saturday, which can be worked from home, on a rota basis circa once every 4 weeks, with a day of in lieu during the week.
