Description:

We are currently seeking an interim Innovation Brand Manager, to work with our global FMCG client , renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 3 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week to start ideally ASAP, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £59,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Manage cross functionally the full brand restage, including gate & stakeholder management.
Develop business cases with the support of CD & finance to get approval at gates.
Develop & sign off designs with the global team
Collaborate with the CD & category community to land its execution, from compelling sell-ins to landing it in market with excellence (increase in distribution & share of shelf, right proposed RRP and promotional mechanics ect..)

ALL ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Excellent project management skills.
Significant brand/product marketing experience, in an FMCG environment
Experience in managing big projects and confidence in leading multiple cross functional teams with strong communication & leadership skills.
Ability to push boundaries & be proactive in bringing new ways of thinking to achieve better results.
A very strong understanding of all key functions (R&D, Supply chain, sales, finance).
Experience in developing business cases as well as Trade sell-ins.

Kingston working environment:

Contractors who are based at Kingston will be eligible to get free parking at a local carpark

A Gym is available for use on the Ground Floor (with subscription).
Facilities in the gym include cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines, spin bikes, free weights area, boxing equipment and a stretch/matted area. Classes are also available and can be booked directly with the Gym. Shower facilities are available in the changing rooms, along with hairdryers.
