MDE are recruiting for a skilled Injection Moulding Technician to join and establish fast paced manufacturing business. This role requires a skilled Injection Moulding Technician to support production on shift and ensuring production targets are met.
You will be responsible for
Carrying out product/tool changes, and production starts and stops in accordance with our production plan, ensuring that our production standards relating to output, cost and quality are met.
Injection Moulding experience is essential including tool changing, machine condition setting, process start-up, first-off approval, problem solving, process optimisation and scrap reduction.
Ability to utilise FLT and crane
Ability to work as part of a team but also under your own initiative
Knowledge of robots would be an advantage
