Overview: Working alongside our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer, we are looking for 4 Injection Moulding Setters to support continued business growth.
Remit:
* Fantastic opportunity for a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to join a forward-thinking global company during a time of significant investment in their UK operations
* Candidates MUST HAVE proven experience within injection moulding manufacturing and demonstrable knowledge of injection moulding machinery, processes and materials

Role:
* As Injection Moulding Setter you will ensure correct material is supplied to the machine in accordance with the production order
* Performing tool changes and machine condition setting
* Starting and set up of injection moulding machines, automation systems and ancillaries as required
* Energy management of machines not needed for production, applies to switching off pumps on injection moulding machines, conveyor motors etc
* Basic machine and tool maintenance
* Equipping the IML systems with IML films, documenting the order change and removing the labels and finished parts of the previous order
* Assist with new machinery / products being introduced to site including sample production
* Assist engineering and toolroom departments where possible
* Ensure all production documentation is returned to the appropriate department for recording and storage
* Ensure high standards of hygiene and housekeeping are maintained at all times
Experience Requirements:
* Industry recognized injection moulding qualifications
* Demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing
* Working knowledge of injection moulding machinery, processes and materials
* Ability to work effectively on own initiative
* Good problem solving skills
* Strong communication skills
* Team player
