Inhouse Development Manager / Sittingbourne
Overview:
Our client are looking for a Inhouse Development Manager to join their team and own prototype developments through to manufacture. This will include overseeing the joinery and engineering for the projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead in-house prototypes developments through to manufacture
Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects meet client needs
Oversee budgets, quality standards and timelines for projects
Create engineering and manufacturing documentation
Improve CNC, 3D Printing and production capabilities
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience working with CNC machinery
Experience with SolidWorks or CAD software
Experience with production processes
Confident making decisions
