Are you an experienced IT professional seeking a leadership role in an award-winning, dynamic Managed Service Provider? As the Infrastructure Team Lead, you will take charge of a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and management of infrastructure projects for a variety of clients. You will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring project success, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the various IT environments.
Day-to-Day:
Lead and mentor a skilled infrastructure team, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Oversee the implementation and management of IT infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific infrastructure needs.
Provide technical expertise in areas such as servers, networking, and cloud solutions.
Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives.Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role within an MSP environment.
Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure technologies.
Previous experience in managing and delivering successful IT projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
