Infrastructure Services Analyst required to work for a Professional Services business based in the City of London. However, this will be a role where you will be in the office for 3 days per week and at home the other 2. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract but has every chance of going permanent.
The Infrastructure Services Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all infrastructure topologies including but not limited to WAN, LAN, MPLS, WIFI, Internet, Servers, Storage and unified communications. Read on for more details…
Key skills and experience required
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT infrastructure role managing a complex and global IT environment.
* Experience of working in an ITIL operational process environment and ideally having worked within an ISO 27001 accredited environment or equivalent.
* Well-developed troubleshooting skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Effectively prioritise and execute tasks and can adapt to shifting priorities in the daily workload.
* A good understanding of working with the business to align IT solutions with business needs.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Professional manner with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
