An exciting opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join a well-established organisation investing heavily in its technology estate. You'll support and enhance critical infrastructure services while contributing to cloud adoption, modernisation, and transformation projects.

Description

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will support the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's infrastructure environment. Working within a skilled infrastructure team, you will ensure core systems remain secure, resilient, and high-performing while helping deliver projects that drive business and technology transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and supporting core infrastructure services across the business
Delivering technical solutions for infrastructure and technology projects
Maintaining secure, available, and scalable infrastructure platforms
Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues
Assisting with the implementation of new technologies and services
Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity requirements
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and standards
Collaborating with project teams to deliver infrastructure change initiatives
Identifying opportunities for automation, modernisation, and process improvement

Profile

The successful applicant will be an experienced Infrastructure Analyst or Infrastructure Engineer with a proven track record of supporting complex enterprise environments.

They will demonstrate:

Strong VMware administration experience
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
Experience supporting Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services
Solid networking and infrastructure troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting highly available and resilient platforms
Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
The ability to balance operational support with project-based workExperience with cloud migration, infrastructure transformation programmes, security best practices, or multi-site environments would be advantageous.
