Infrastructure Analyst | Wokingham | Hybrid | Inside IR35
Our client, a leading global consultancy, are currently looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join for an initial 6-month contract based in Wokingham. The Analyst will be providing second and third-line technical support to the server estate.
Please note that in order to be eligible for this role, you must have or be eligible for SC Clearance.
ROLE: INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST
LOCATION: WOKINGHAM (3 X PER WEEK IN OFFICE)
RATE: £350 A DAY INSIDE IR35
LENGTH: 6 MONTHS WITH SCOPE TO EXTEND
Required experience and skills
* Providing 2nd/3rd line technical support to server estate (Window 2022/2019/2016/2012)
* Strong knowledge on the Active directory, group policy and user management.
* Strong knowledge on the VMware virtualisation, different versions of Esxi hosts and vSphere.
* Management of Windows desktop build
* Application packaging technologies such as MSI
* Experience in software deployment technologies such as SCCM desirable
* Knowledge of Citrix XenApp\XenDesktop desirable
* Management of Anti-Virus and Patching Deployments
* Active Directory, especially Group Policy Management
* Working knowledge of DNS,DHCP & WINS
* Experience of working effectively both individually and as part of highly productive teams in an Infrastructure/Application ITIL based support environment
