Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Information Request Officer based in Taunton. This is a contract position working full time hours.
The job:
Manage a caseload of Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulation Requests
Work along side the team manager, process applications and redactments, assess requests and clarifications
Working to SLA, make sure all responses are clear, with a good quality of response, alongside the clients guidelinesThe candidate:
Working FOI's or similar is essential
Strong working knowledge of GDPR and guidelines similar to this
Public sector/local government knowledge would be beneficialFor the right candidate remote working could be considered
