Information & Cyber Security Manager - SC Cleared
We are seeking an experienced Information & Cyber Security Manager to support a high profile secure programme.
Working within the Security Operations function, you will help assure the security, resilience and operational readiness of a major critical national infrastructure programme. You will engage with suppliers, systems integrators, emergency services and wider government stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Support cyber security operations, including incident response, vulnerability management and threat monitoring.
Work with suppliers and systems integration partners to ensure security deliverables meet contractual and programme requirements.
Support the development of an end-to-end Security Operations Centre.
Review and maintain operational procedures, incident playbooks and security reporting.
Lead and contribute to security governance forums.
Advise stakeholders on security risks, mitigations and incident handling.
Support security investigations and coordinate activity across programme, government and emergency-service teams.
Drive continuous improvement across security operations.Essential experience
Strong experience in cyber or information security operations within large-scale programmes or critical national infrastructure.
Knowledge of UK government security standards, NCSC guidance and security risk frameworks.
Experience of incident response and vulnerability management in multi-supplier environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, high-pressure environment
