Job Title: Influencer Manager

Position Overview:
An award-winning agency in Manchester is seeking a passionate and creative Influencer Manager to join their team. You'll bring together creativity and influencer relationship skills along with negotiation and social media skills to ensure that influencer campaigns are effective and well run. In a nutshell, you know how to reach people with the help of the right content, on the right platform, with the right face, at the perfect time.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing gifted & paid influencer strategy
Lead on strategic decisions within the influencer marketing field
Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and be familiar using tools to seek out new influencers aligning with different brand's values and positioning and their key KPIs
Stay on-top of influencer marketing trends for wider team's use within content output
Oversee the smooth delivery of work with influencers, managing them from both a posting and logistical perspective
Maintaining and growing the agency's relationships with individual Influencers for a successful outcome for our clients
Analyse and report monthly on performanceRequired:
2+ years of influencer marketing management
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, especially TikTok and Instagram.
