DO YOU HAVE CURRENT EXPERIENCE INTEGRATING INDUSTRY 4.0 TECHNOLOGIES, CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND STRIVING FOR MANUFACTURING OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE?

The role would suit individuals who have a hunger for latest technologies as well as improvement projects on how manufacturers can optimize their current technology systems to increase productivity, efficiencies and reduce waste.

This is a fantastic and varied opportunity for candidates who have a background in leading and developing teams to strive for operational excellence. You will have a proven track record in cultural change management, digitalisation project management and experience of contributing to LEAN manufacturing strategies. Candidates will have a strong background in ERP systems, IT systems and the integration of Industry 4.0.

The role itself is varied but is predominantly focused on leading a cultural shift towards a data driven manufacturing environment whilst striking a balance with technology adoption, employee development and retention. You will collaborate with directors across a group of businesses to devise and deliver strategies in a move towards digital and manufacturing excellence, with the integration of industry 4.0 technologies for smarter factory initiatives. You will have experience integrating automation, IoT and connected systems, for better use of data in advanced manufacturing settings. You will contribute heavily towards the development and maintenance of an efficient and robust IT infrastructure and IT systems.

You will actively contribute to the streamlining of processes and develop/implement production planning and control systems for all manufacturing and inventory handling areas. You will champion best practice and proper use of the companies ERP system (Epicor Vantage) across the group of businesses. As part of your role, the IT department will report into you and you will be responsible for coordinating their projects and tasked with developing and mentoring the team and monitoring their performance.

*Must transfer or have previous experience working within the manufacturing sector

*Must have project management experience of digitalisation projects including integration of the latest industry 4.0 technologies

*Must have a strong ERP/MRP systems background

*Must have previous experience coordinating, developing and mentoring a team
